If you are just playing the card straight up, its kind of a build your own Thoughtseize. That said, it was always particularly powerful that you could ensure your opponent doesnt have the card that can stop you, since even if you missed, it meant they didnt have that card

These range from mildly effective to full-out wild, such as the pegasus rider Archon of Suns Grace, who can create 2/2 flying pegasus creature tokens everytime an enchantment enters the battlefield under your control

This is also a big issue with the special-frame cards

We knew Hydro-Man wanted to be all about the blue mana symbol and blue spells in some way
